Triangle Double Bucks has long supported our neighbors who rely on food assistance by doubling their spending power at local farmers markets. But with SNAP and other federal nutrition programs paused, this support is more critical than ever.

In 2025 alone, 988 households made 5,298 Double Bucks transactions across 8 farmers markets, using SNAP, WIC, Senior, and FMNP benefits. These purchases put $363,616 directly into the hands of local farmers and food vendors, strengthening families and our local food economy.
